COVID-19 Protection Plan Guidelines

Employee Health

Employee health is monitored on a daily basis by management. Illness symptoms, contact with positive cases, and out-of-state travel are checked for each employee.

  • Employees who are sick or who appear to have COVID-19 symptoms are separated from other employees/customers immediately, sent home, and encouraged to get tested. The facility will be cleaned and disinfected immediately.
  • Employees who have traveled on a plane or out of the state will self-isolate for 14 days.
  • Employees who had close contact with a positive case will self-isolate for 14 days from the last day of contact.
  • Managers and other leadership are trained to spot symptoms of COVID-19 and to follow all state and local requirements with regards to employee health.

Personal Hygiene

  • Employees are trained on proper etiquette for coughing, sneezing, and hand washing. They are instructed to avoid touching their face, especially eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Face coverings are worn by employees, especially when interacting with the public and other employees.
  • Co-sharing of work tools and equipment are discouraged.
  • Employees are trained to avoid personal contact with others such as hand shaking and hugging.
  • Gloves are worn when appropriate.

Physical Distancing Strategies

The facility has established physical distancing strategies to keep employees and guests safe. This includes spacing equipment, tables, chairs, etc., to meet state and local guidelines. This may also include using reservations or limiting room occupancy.

  • Prior to disinfecting, surfaces are cleaned with soap and water if soiled.
  • EPA-approved disinfectant, industrial cleaner, diluted bleach, or alcohol solutions are strictly used.
  • High-touch surfaces are routinely disinfected. This includes handles, buttons, workstations, countertops, handrails, doorknobs, break rooms, bathrooms, and other common areas. Workout equipment will be disinfected after each use by the public.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged for all guests to use upon entering the facility.
